Terms and Conditions
If you purchase a product on https://www.trovarion.com/online-store (“Online-store”) these Terms and Conditions apply to the sales contract between you (“you” or “Buyer”) and Christoph Eichhorn, Spallartgasse 3/37, 1140 Vienna, Austria (“We” or “Seller”).
1. Order process:

To place an order for products at the Online-store you can add products you wish to your shopping cart. Afterwards you can check out via payment services by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”) where you will be redirected to the PayPal website. After payment you will receive an order confirmation which constitutes our acceptance of the order. In general, your ordered products will be shipped within 2 working days. As a final step we will deliver the product(s) to you.
2. Payment:

We solely accept payment via PayPal and use the PayPal business application to process payments. Please note, that for payment purposes you may have to accept PayPal terms of use. Once you have decided to order you will get redirected to PayPal payment services. We do not store any credit card or payment information. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy.

If not stated otherwise prices are in Euro excluding VAT (small business/Kleinunternehmner gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) and shipping costs.
4. Shipping:

We ship through the Austrian Post (https://www.post.at/en/index.php). We strictly ship registered and insured. In general, we ship within 2 work-days after we received your order. Costs for shipping and estimated delivery times, as provided by the Austrian Post are as follows:

Please note that that the stated delivery times can vary. In case the estimated delivery should not be met, please get in touch with us at trovarionminiatures@gmail.com and also check the tracking number we provided.
Transport damage/loss: If the products are damaged in transit, if the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. We require you to take pictures as proof of condition of the product and the packaging in order to support a case versus the shipping company. Contact us via email at trovarionminiatures@gmail.com.
5. Return Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after you received the product.
If you want to cancel your order, please send your intent per email to trovarionminiatures@gmail.com. You can use the model form provided at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
After notification of your return, please return your product with the original receipt, original packaging and included accessories (if any). We do not cover the costs for returning the products, however.
Please not that you may not return online digital content e.g. PDF painting guides when download has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
We will refund your costs paid by you associated with the product within 14 calendar days after we received your return notification. However, wo do not cover costs for returning the products including any customs charges (if any).
6. Warranty:
Statutory warranty of 24 months applies.
The above warranty is subject to the following exclusions: accidental damage and misuse; wear and tear; faults caused by shock or fall, water contamination; faults that have occurred because you have not used, stored or handled the product properly; damage or defect due to willful misconduct or negligence by by you.
7. Applicable law:
The applicable law shall be Austrian law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
